Kyle graduated from SUNY Cortland with a degree in teaching social studies. However, he quickly realized his passion for remodeling homes and building new construction was where he truly belonged. Kyle’s background in teaching allows him to educate his clients on the entire process, from concept to completion, building a level of trust and understanding that helps each project flow as seamlessly as possible. Kyle prides himself on providing exceptional services and tailored solutions to fit his clients' needs.

Jake graduated from Utica University with a bachelor's degree in Construction Management. He spent five years as a Field Engineer in the commercial building sector before joining the team in 2024. Jake is involved in project correspondence, coordination, and quality control from start to finish. He and the 360 team emphasize the importance of transparency and communication throughout the duration of a project.
